Description:

This is the first of a two part presentation, the other session being held on May 7, 2026. You can register for one or both events, each requires it’s own registration.

This event will focus on an introduction to Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and associated building practices. Attendees can expect to receive information ranging from ICF history, ICF manufacturing, how ICF’s fit within the evolving built environment, Residential and Commercial Construction examples and best building practices.

Learning Objectives:

The culmination of the session will provide a gateway to better understanding of ICF construction along with best practice building solutions will provide for a more energy efficient, durable, resilient building and a healthier built environment.

  1. Know the History Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).

  2. Recognize ICF construction as an accepted building option.

  3. Know best practices when specifying ICF Construction.

  4. Have a better understanding of ICF associated building elements and alternatives.
